PLANNING BOARD -- Regular Meeting
7:30 PM The meeting was opened by Chairman Tom Daly. Present were: Richard Bisk, Jon Fudeman, Ann Neuburg and John Mirick.
New Business
Tom D. explained that the officers change annually with vice chair becoming chair. After some discussion, the board voted all in favor to elect Jon F. as chair and Tom D. as vice chair and Ann N. as clerk.
Other Business
Board noted that the OSRD plan from Kristoff was beyond its 2-year construction date. The state Permit Extension Law covered the period from Aug. 2008 – Aug. 2012 and gave an automatic extension of 4 years to any permit in effect during that period. Jo-Ann Crystoff had been contacted and told that the PB was concerned about keeping her project ‘on the table, so she submitted a written request (by email) to extend her OSRD plan to Nov. 30, 2015. The board voted all in favor to approve her request.
Administrative Business
Voted all in favor to approve May 7 Regular Meeting minutes; reviewed mail.
Discussed meeting dates in upcoming months and agreed that the next meeting date will be June 11 instead of June 4. Subsequent dates in summer to be determined.
